PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wiring board manufacturing equipment for enhancing production yield and productivity of wiring boards.;SOLUTION: A deficiency detecting section 110 of the wiring board manufacturing equipment 1 detects deficiencies in an insulating film. Then, a deficiency number counting section 120 counts the number of deficiencies on intersections out of the detected deficiencies in the insulating film.
