PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flip-flop circuit, a shift register, and electronic equipment which can be stably operated.;SOLUTION: The invertor circuit 111 of an RS flip-flop circuit 101 reverses the potential Va of a node A and supplies a signal Q_ to an output circuit 102. The invertor circuit 111 makes the potential Vb of a node B perform full-swing between a High level and a Low level. Since the potential Vb is generated by reversing the potential Va, the Vb depends on the potential Va. However, since the node B and the power source of positive voltage Vdd are connected via a transistor T20, the potential Vb of the node B is stabilized at a High side, erroneous operation by noise superposed on a clock signal ck is prevented when a power is supplied.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
