PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear-hook hearing aid capable of maintaining a frequency response band and simultaneously of preventing howling that deteriorates sound quality.;SOLUTION: The ear-hook hearing aid 1 includes: a case body 2; a hook 3; a tube 4; an earplug 6; and other parts, wherein a microphone 7 is disposed within the case body 2 and an earphone 8 is disposed within the hook 3. The hook 3 is formed with a sound guide portion 9 for guiding sound to an external auditory meatus of a person wearing the hearing aid or to the tube 4. The inside of the hook 3 is provided with a rubber packing 10 for covering the circumference of a sound outlet aperture of the earphone 8, and an elastic connector 11 for electrically connecting terminals 8a, 8b of the earphone 8. The earphone 8 is disposed not to contact with the inner surface of the hook 3, thus securing vibration isolation and sound insulation from the microphone 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
