PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the materialization of low-cost cobalt-nickel nanoparticle capable of being mass-produced with good-quality has been considered difficult although the manufacture of binary metal nanoparticle has been tried until now by using a chemical reduction operations and, further, a cobalt-nikel nanoparticle according to a physical method has not been prepared at all.;SOLUTION: The cobalt nanoparticle colloid and nickel nanoparticle colloid are manufactured by using such a method as to vaporize cobalt and nickel each in vacuum and collect them with only a surfactant, and the cobalt nanoparticle colloid and nickel nanoparticle colloid thus obtained are mixed and are subjected to heat treatment to materialize the cobalt-nikel nanoparticle colloid capable of being mass-produced with good-quality.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
