PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a chemical production method for producing a colloid of composite metal nanoparticles has problems that the combination of metals is limited owing to the limitation of a chemical reaction, there is a problem in the compound and the byproduct, the production process is complicated, the production is difficult and a production cost is high, and the colloid of the composite metal nanoparticles has not been capable of being produced by a physical production method, though there has been a demand of inexpensively obtaining the colloid of the composite metal nanoparticles of high purity and high concentration.;SOLUTION: This production method is an improved physical production method, and includes making only a surface activating agent capture a metal evaporated in a vacuum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
