PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Chinese character and 4-character idiom animation system for a cell phone which does not require any environment such as a facility, which can be carried anywhere, which allows users to learn easily because the Chinese characters and their reading, and 4-character idioms and their reading and meaning are displayed as animation on a cell phone screen which is widely spread and frequently used in order to raise the intellectual curiosity.;SOLUTION: The Chinese character and 4-character idiom animation system for a cell phone displays Chinese characters and their reading, and 4-character idioms and their reading and meaning on a screen of the cell phone such as from (A) to (I) in animation.
