PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect utterance timing, which is intended by a player, with a simple configuration.;SOLUTION: A peak detecting section 35 outputs a trigger signal which is a trigger of start of performance control to a performance control section 38, when detecting a peak of a wave shape of combined acceleration. Each time the latest peak is detected by the peak detecting section 35 and its detection time is stored in a history storage section 37, a peak prediction section 36 calculates time T when the following local peak is generated, and outputs a signal indicating the generation time T to a window function generation section 33.
