PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect high-accuracy operation information of a program to be executed on a virtual machine in a virtual computer system using an existing microprocessor equipped with a performance monitoring mechanism without changing hardware or hypervisor including a CPU. PSOLUTION: The information processor equipped with a performance measuring function for measuring the performance of a virtual computer operating on a physical machine having a CPU in which a performance monitoring function is provided with a performance monitoring counter includes: a means for setting events to be counted in the performance monitoring counter, and for setting an interrupt handler in the virtual computer; and a means for detecting the event which occurs in switching the virtual computer, and for, when any interrupt occurs in the virtual computer, reading the value of the performance monitor counter and time information by the interrupt handler, and for storing it in a predetermined storage region.
