PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorption sheet which is attachable to a graphitized hot plate, and its manufacturing process.;SOLUTION: The shock absorption sheet is composed of a cushion layer of thick sponge rubber and a fixing layer of thin solid rubber to the hot plate of a pressing machine, which is bonded and integrated with the cushion layer on one of its side. The fixing layer is made adhesive by transferring a lustrous surface of a transfer film on a contact face with the hot plate so that it is fixable to the hot plate by the adhesion. The shock absorption sheet is placed between the hot plate of the pressing machine and a glass substrate as a cushion material in an assembly process of a liquid crystal cell.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
