PSOLUTION: A manufacturing method for an electrolyte film with a reinforced film includes a process of preparing an electrolyte film 2 wherein a liquid material with proton conductivity is impregnated; a process of preparing a frame-shaped reinforced film 4 having an opening 41 in the center; and a process of arranging the reinforced film 4 on both sides of the electrolyte film 2 and performing press at a section of the reinforced film 4 opposite to the electrolyte film 2.
