PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the attaching/detaching work of a tool holder with excellent workability.;SOLUTION: A connection unit 11 of a tool holder attaching/detaching tool 10 is connected to a chuck 2, and the tool holder 40 is held with the holding unit 12 of the tool holder attaching/detaching tool 10 in a posture that a shank 45 is directed to a turret 3 side.
