PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately determine and manage a sales moving state (sales flow line).;SOLUTION: A portable sales terminal device is provided with: an input key; a display unit for displaying information input by the input key and other information; a reader for reading article tag information; a reading/writing means for reading and writing an amount of money to be recorded to an electronic money information storage medium in response to an access to the medium from the outside; a storage means; a sales management means for storing information indicating items of articles sold and an amount of sales on the basis of the article tag information read by the reader, the information input by the input key, and the information read by the reading/writing means; and a control means for settling sales by the electronic money information storage medium.
