PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with manual tuning. PSOLUTION: In this reed processing method of a harmonica or a keyboard harmonica, the material of the reed is copper alloy, a laser beam with a wavelength of 600 nm or shorter is radiated while air or inert gas is sprayed to the reed, and a melting section and an evaporating section are formed on the surface of the reed, thereby tuning it into a predetermined musical interval.
