The digital camera module which has new characteristic the picture taking in device and the circuit baseplate, has the lens, and the housing, as for the said housing before installing the picture taking in device in the circuit baseplate, is installed in the circuit baseplate. In the execution example of a certain specification, the housing through forming step, is formed on the circuit baseplate. The housing has the hole which accommodates the lens. Diameter of the said hole is larger than the diagonal of the picture taking in device, as a result, passing by the hole, installs the picture taking in device in the circuit baseplate and becomes possible. Regarding the execution example of specification of other things, the circuit baseplate has the open part which makes the flip chip connection of the picture taking in device easy. The fact that the picture taking in device receives the damage the occasion where the housing is installed in the circuit baseplate by deciding the picture taking in device and the order which installs the housing in the circuit baseplate, is prevented.
