PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm construction possibility with a predetermined design standard, member information and a construction method and to calculate members for constructing a pre-fab house from the confirmed data.;SOLUTION: In pre-fab construction, customer-specified design is carried out by using a database including member information for the customer specification and detailed member information related to other necessary members and a design information database for the customer specification; a floor plan, an external view, an estimation sheet and the like are created by using the completed design data; ordered member data of house-based buildings including factory specification parts by using the design data and the member information data; and a working diagram and the like are created. Then, the design is related to individual information pieces in the databases by using an identifier by concepts of parts; and selection of the related member information, guide for progression of the design by the design information and condition determination are executed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
