PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a workload by streamlining paperwork in response to description change on documents.;SOLUTION: A paperwork support system comprises an image data acquisition part 110 for acquiring image data of a document 20 using an electronic stamp 10 on paper from a scanner 30 scanning the document, and storing the image data in an image management database 125 with attachment of a management ID, a change part identification part 111 for examining the image data for description change parts 22 on the electronic form 10 to identify description change parts 22 on each document 20 corresponding to the image data, and storing information on the description change parts 22 in a determination result database 126, and a sorting instruction part 112 for notifying the information on the description change parts 22 extracted from the determination result database 126 to the scanner 30 as a sorted output instruction for the document 20 in response to attributes of the description change parts.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
