PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system enabling a user to be unconscious of a format of a document by providing convenience for a user and business management department in performing business procedure accompanied by the occurrence of an event.;SOLUTION: A server manages a database where user information, event information on various events probably occurring in a user, special favor information on various special favors given to the user, special favor select information for making the user select a given special favor, and report matter information on report matters required for being given the special favors are associated with each other, transmits the data of an event select screen based on the event information to a user terminal (S34), transmits data of an initial question screen based on the corresponding special favor select information when even name data is returned (S36), extracts the respective special favors to be received and report matters corresponding to the special favors from the data base when the initial answer data is returned (S38), transmits the data of the final question screen based on the extracted report matters (S40), and stores the returned final answer data (S44).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
