PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for quickly obtaining a sufficient camera-movement corrected image for an photographed image of scenery, etc. as an object by intuitively and simply operating input-setting.;SOLUTION: A camera-movement correction method for correcting a photographed image having a distortion shifts x-coordinates of original image pixels corresponding to each pixel of the corrected image so as to maintain linearity of the camera-movement corrected image. The method is based on a basic method, wherein the basic method inputs and sets a reference axis to correct an oblique distortion resulting from a camera-movement distortion on the photographed image displayed on a monitor and an oblique correction intensity to correct the oblique distortion; defines a plurality of line formulas inclined larger as spaced further outward from the reference axis on the basis of the oblique correction intensity set in a manner to use the reference axis as a line formula without inclination; and uses inverse transform of coordinate transform so that each of the defined line formulas become parallel with the reference axis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
