PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain detailed positioning of a mobile body and improvement in operation support/management function with increased efficiency.;SOLUTION: Map information is stored in a master station, and a satellite signal and gyro information from satellite signal receiving mechanism 127 and a gyroscope 129 of a slave station are transmitted to the master station. The master station detects a rough position of the mobile body from the satellite signal, determines a precise initial position in reference to the map, thereafter determines the position on the map in time series from this position and the gyro information, and transmits it to the slave station.
