Probe sets and specific methods for identifying HLA-B alleles

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe set useful for individually identifying each allele of HLA-B, and to provide a method for identifying the same using the probe set. PSOLUTION: The method comprises constructing the probe set using probes covering all partial sequences containing base(s) specific to each allele of HLA-B and identify the HLA-B contained in a specimen using the probe set.
