PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust removing apparatus capable of purifying an untreated gas into a clean gas, to provide a system for gasifying an organic fuel, and to provide a system for producing a liquid fuel, capable of producing the liquid fuel with high efficiency.;SOLUTION: This dust removing apparatus is composed of at least a first storage tank 1, a second storage tank 2, a floated and separated component discharge means 6, and a circulating water discharge pipe 108, wherein the first storage tank 1 receives wash water from a jet scrubber 104 for washing the untreated gas and has a small volume, the second storage tank 2 is positioned adjacently to the first storage tank 1, has a suction pipe opening into an inner bottom part of the first storage tank 1, and has a large volume, the floated and separated component discharge means 6 is arranged inside the second storage tank 2 and discharges a floated and separated component of the circulating water in the second storage tank 2, and the circulating water discharge pipe 108 is formed at a lower part of the second storage tank 2 and forcibly discharges the circulating water in the second storage tank 2 by a circulating pump 107.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
