Calculation method of leucocyte and erythroblast. As for method, (a) the stage which prepares all the blood samples which are melted, (b) stage and the depolarization interference which introduce the melting sample into light scattering degree of multilateral depolarization flow sight meter, for example, the stage which removes the fat drop and the particle where other things are measured, (d) under non existing of depolarization interference, the erythroblast and the stage which identifies noise from the leucocyte, (e) under non existing of depolarization interference and the leucocyte, the stage which identifies the erythroblast from noise, and (f) the stage which identifies the blood platelet cohesion lump which can exist is included.
