PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To link and manage offers from customers received through a plurality of routes in time of customer dealing. PSOLUTION: In a business portal system 1, an HP (Home Page) offer reception part 11 transmits offer contents written in a home page to a mail linkage part 13. A telephone offer reception part 12 transmits offer contents acquired by input of an operator to the mail linkage part 13 when an offer is performed by a customer terminal 200 (a telephone). The mail linkage part 13 receives an offerer name, the offer contents or the like from the HP offer reception part 11 and the telephone offer reception part 12, and list-displays them. When the list-displayed offer contents or the like are selected by the operator, the offer contents or the like are delivered to a reception history management part 14. The reception history management part 14 performs history management of the acquired offer contents or the like, and instructs an offer content management part 15 about business form issuance as the need arises. The offer content management part 15 receives the instruction from the reception history management part 14, and transmits processing slip data to a branch office computer 300.
