PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wax composition that reduces the build-up of a wax component in a mold in forming and processing of an aluminum plate or an aluminum alloy plate for forming and processing, especially a plate of aluminum or the like having a resin coating film on at least its one side and a coated aluminum plate.;SOLUTION: The wax composition is obtained by melting and mixing carnauba wax with paraffin wax having ≤70°C melting point in the mass ratio of ≥30% and ≤95% of carnauba wax at a temperature higher than or equal to the melting points of both the waxes and ≤200°C. The plate of aluminum or the like for forming and processing, having excellent build-up resistance is obtained by coating an aluminum plate, an aluminum alloy plate, or a plate of aluminum or the like having a resin coating film with the wax composition in 5-150 mg/m2.
