PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing molding excellent in shape stability, and to provide a producing method of the fluorine-containing polymer. PSOLUTION: The fluorine-containing polymer is obtained by polymerizing a perfluoro- vinyl ether derivative represented by formula (1) wherein YSP1/SPis a halogen atom or a perfluoro-alkyl group; YSP2/SPis a halogen atom; ASP1/SPis -SOSB2/SBXSP1/SP[wherein XSP1/SPis a halogen atom, -OMSP1/SP[wherein MSP1/SPis a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal or NRSP3/SPRSP4/SPRSP5/SPRSP6/SP(wherein RSP3,/SPRSP4,/SPRSP5/SPand RSP6/SPare each a hydrogen atom, or a 1-4C alkyl group)], -OMSP2/SPSB1/2/SB[MSP2/SPis an alkaline earth metal], or -NRSP1/SPRSP2/SP[wherein RSP1/SPand RSP2/SPare each a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal, an alkyl group, or a sulfonyl-containing group]], or -COZSP1/SP[ZSP1/SPis a hydroxy group, -NRSP7/SPRSP8/SP[RSP7/SPand RSP8/SPare each a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal, an alkyl group, and a sulfonyl-containing group], or a 1-4C alkoxy group].
