The distribution values of secondary batteries are improved. A secondary battery distribution system is configured from a replaceable secondary battery (2), a charging station (20) for replacing the used secondary battery with a charged secondary battery, a management station (10) for managing information including the standard of the distribution value of the secondary battery (2) and the stock of the charging station, and a server (11) provided in the management station connected with a terminal (21) provided in the charging station via a network (6). The system is provided with a secondary battery state confirming means (22), a used secondary battery distribution value determining means (12), a secondary battery distribution value presenting means (23) for presenting, on the terminal, the difference in distribution value from the replaceable charged secondary battery on the basis of the distribution value of the used secondary battery obtained by the distribution value determining means (12), and a settlement means (24) for the replacement of the presented secondary batteries.
