PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent, electrically conductive, ferromagnetic complex membrane with three qualities of translucency, conductivity, and ferromagnetism realized at an ambient temperature at the same time.;SOLUTION: A cluster of Fe or Co of a diameter of around 10 nm small and uniform in size as compared with a light wavelength is made dispersed in a tin-doped indium oxide (abbreviated as Indium-Tin-Oxide: ITO) showing a degree of transparency of 90% to visible light and an electric conductivity of an order of 10^-4Ωcm to constitute the transparent, electrically conductive, ferromagnetic complex membrane.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
