摘要

PURPOSE: A transparent conductive film, a manufacturing method thereof, and a transparent electrode using thereof are provided to overcome uneven physical property which is generated in amorphous AnO2 during thin film coating by using single wall carbon nanotubes.;CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive film comprises a polymer base material film which is selected from a group consisting of polyester based, polycarbonate based, polyethersulfone based, and acryl based polymers and a transparent conductive film which contains carbon nano-tubes and ZnO2. A surface resistance of the transparent conductive film is 1-600 angstrom/sq and permeability is 85-99.9%. A deviation of the surface resistance of the transparent conductive film is within ±10%.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
