The dry functional food product contains low-lactose whole cowÆs milk, part of which has undergone lactic acid fermentation under the influence of the original monoculture Lactobacillus bulgaricus LBB.B 120 with animmunostimulating effect, protein precipitate from skim cowÆs milk, hydrolyzed milk protein precipitate, whey protein, lyophilized concentrate of Lactobacillus bulgaricus LBB.B 120, fructose, apricotpuree, rose hip puree, pectin and natural aroma. The functional food product is produced by separately drying the milk ingredient with the pectin and the fruit purees and then mixing them with the dry whey protein, lyophilized concentrate of Lactobacillus bulgaricus LBB.B 120, and fructose.
