In the present invention, there is disclosed a single-action revolver striking mechanism consisting of a cock (7) with a striking strut (9), a trigger (11), an arrestment lever (10) and a feeder (22), wherein the invention is characterized in that said striking strut (9) is performed as a torsion spring mounted about the axis (8) of the cock (7), whereby said torsion spring one end abuts the cock (7) while the other one abuts rear side of the arrestment lever (10) being rotatably mounted by its one end on the trigger (11) and reaching by its other end into a recess (14) performed in a cylinder (4) rear face, optionally in a driving disk, whereby the striking strut (9) abuts the arrestment lever (10) in a plane between the trigger (11) mount on a frame (1) and the arrestment lever (10) mount on the trigger (11).
