The invention is aimed at designing a simple and technologically-simple folding kayak, the elements of which can be packed to the maximum. The side 5 and 6 coamings parts are rigidly connected tot he front 3 and rear 4 of the coamings forming of a cockpit 12. The edges the flexible casing 8 are fastened to side sides 13 and for 1 and aft 2 of the deck part and along side parts 5 and 6 of the coamings. An internal flexible is arranged inside the hull 7in the cockpit zone 12, the opposite zones of which are rigidly connected to the coamings 5, 6 side part.
