Selection of good quality Green- chili and Clcan properly. Cut the Chilies in pieces by cutter. After cutting pieces pour in to try for Blenching Then after Spin / Dry-up the chili pieces properly. Fill in to try for Dehydration process. After dehydration process, feed in to Pulverization — machine for powdering. Final product comes out (chili— Powder) Now we are ready for labeling, and packing as per market demand.
