TESTBENCH FOR INVESTIGATION OF INTERACTION OF WHEEL WITH RAIL OF RAIL TRANSPORT

摘要

Testbench for investigation of interaction of wheel with rail of rail transport includes frame with standpipes, adapter on which wheel pair is placed, with primary spring suspension and suppressor of vibrations, this has possibility of displacement in three directions by means of six power cylinders, disc pneumatic brake installed on wheel pair, brake lever gear with pneumatic drive installed on adapter, rail block brought into motion by direct current motor, through reducer, installed on rigid supports. Between rigid supports and rail block hydro-cylinders with system of levers are placed, those are controlled with micro-processor system.
