METHOD FOR ASSESSING STAGE OF CYCLE IN SPERMATOGENOUS EPITHELIUM

摘要

A method for assessing the stage of the cycle in the spermatogenous epithelium provides for the histological study of the specimen of the testicle of the mouse stained with hematoxylin-eosin. Then the corresponding stage of the cycle in the spermatogenous epithelium is identified by assessing the layers in the spermatogenous epithelium and their interconnections.
