METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF PROTEOLYTIC ACTIVITY OF PANCREAS IN CHILDREN OF PRE-SCHOOL AND SCHOLL AGE

Method for diagnostics of state of proteolytic activity of pancreas includes determination of level of trypsin in blood. In children of pre-school and school age one additionally simultaneously determines level of - antitrypsin of blood, with comparison of values obtained to rated ones. By deflection from norm one evaluates level of binindng of active trypsin with inhibitor of plasma - antitrypsin by compensation index, this is determined by ratio of trypsin and -antitrypsin - Tp/ Ap, with diagnosing variants of proteolytic activity of pancreas.
