A method for prognosing of complete regress of malignant tumours of paranasal sinuses after radiation therapy by carrying out of x-ray computer tomography.The x-ray density of tumour Xis determined prior to the beginning of radiation therapy, density of a tumour after break X, density of tumour after the termination of radiation therapy X, an index of regress is calculatedand at an increase of athe index of regress after breaking and completion of radiation therapy more than on 15 % the complete regressionon of tumour is determined.
