FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and radiation therapy, and can be used for application of stent for radiation therapy in combined treatment of malignant tumours of colon complicated by acute obstructive colonic obstruction. During colorectal stenting in endoscopic X-ray surgery under constant X-ray control using a C-arch under an intravenous sedation to assess the possibility of carrying a conductor, the colonoscope is brought to the stenosis more proximally than the tumour. Stenosis is contrasted with liquid water-soluble contrast. Colorectal stent is selected taking into account tumour localization and length of tumour stenosis. Colonoscope channel under vision control and fluoroscopy to constriction zone is carried out through lumen of manipulation catheter metal conductor at distance of not less than 10 cm proximal to upper edge of stenosis. System for delivering a colorectal stent with a radionuclide segment in the form of a radionuclide coating is placed along the guide into a narrowing region. Stent is exposed under fluoroscopy control. It is followed by abdominal control roentgenography. Siphon enema is then placed with control of intestinal contents.EFFECT: method provides improved clinical results in patients suffering colorectal cancer complicated by acute obstructive colonic obstruction: reduced number of postoperative complications, reduced postoperative bed-day, postoperative lethality, avoiding colostomy - by modernizing a colorectal stent aimed at combining its drainage capacity with additional therapeutic effects.1 cl, 2 ex
