METHOD For producing THERMOELECTRIC MATERIAL based on SOLID SOLUTIONS of PbTe-Sb2Te3

A method for thermoelectric material based on solid solutions of PbTe-SbTeproducing consists in disposing of the source material in quartz vacuumized ampoule and placing thereof into the furnace, after which the ampoule is cooled to the room temperature, the produced ingots are crushed and diffusion annealing is carried out.
