A method for the early surgical treatment of the extended burn with various depths of the lesions comprises the surgical dissection of the necrotic eschar starting from the surface dermal and transitional burns of non III-A, non III-B grade on days 1-2 post injury. The deep necrotic eschar is dissected on day 3-4. All the dissected surfaces are covered with the temporary skin substitutes.
