摘要

A method for automatic control of sausage products drying in a drying cabinet includes measuring temperature and humidity in the cabinet. The temperature and humidity in the cabinet are maintained at the given levels by means of changing tubular electric heater voltage and changing amount of revolutions of compressor and simultaneously dynamic accuracy of the control system is increased in control paths due to provision of delay compensation in the temperature control path.
