Sand trap for a golf course with agranular material with a metallic coating and procedure andcorresponding uses.;Sand trap for a golf course thatit comprises a granular material composed of a plurality ofgrains, where each of the grains has a nucleus composed of a ceramic material, which preferably has a lower Knoop hardnessof 950, where the core has a metallic coating that hasa fracture toughness between 10 MPa / m2 and 200 MPa / m2.The cores with this metallic coating have a betterability to absorb impacts without breaking and thus retainbetter properties that make them suitable for use in thefilled, at least partially, with sand traps.Additionally, the granular material is given a surface finishaesthetic that can be used to create images and motifsadvertising in sand traps.
