A spinal prosthesis (10) comprising: a first member (12) for fixing prosthetic spinal vertebral first structure (14); a second member (16) prosthetic spinal for attachment to a second structure (18) vertebral and articulating with said first member (12) prosthetic spinal to form an articulating assembly, characterized in that the apparatus further comprises members (100) assembly pedicle screw extending outwardly from said members (12, 16) first and second spinal prosthetic, at least one of said members (100) mounting pedicle screw movably attached to said members (12, 16) first and second spinal prosthetic so that at least one member (100) mounting pedicle screw has at least two different attachment orientations with respect to the axes defined reference on one of the members (12, 16) prosthetic vertebral.
