Provided are a heat radiating cured coating film comprising a curable polymer containing thermally conductive particle powder having particles with a particle diameter of 10 μm or more in an amount of 10% by weight or more and an emissivity of 0.5 or more, wherein fine concaves and convexes are formed on the entire surface of the cured coating film due to the thermally conductive particles such that the coating film has a concave-convex surface, the maximum height of the concave-convex surface (with the proviso that the maximum height means a difference between the maximum height and the minimum height of the concave-convex surface) is 10 μm or more, the thickness of the cured coating film at a convex portion is 2000 μm or less, and the thermal conductivity of the cured coating film is 0.4 W/m·K or more; a coating composition capable of easily forming the heat radiating coating film; a process for producing the heat radiating cured coating film; and an electronic device having the heat radiating cured coating film.
