A cooling device for a device for containing a heat generating body, comprising: a body case (11) having a first air suction opening (7) and a first discharge opening (8) which are adapted for a first environment and also having a second air suction opening (9) and a second discharge opening (10) which are adapted for a second environment; a first air delivery fan (12) for the first environment and a second air delivery fan (13) for the second environment which are provided in the body case (11); a heat exchanger (14) which, in the body case (11), exchanges heat between air in the first environment and air in the second environment; and a control device (22) for controlling the first air delivery fan (12) and the second air delivery fan (13).  The control device (22) detects voltage signals, such as detected voltage values of systems of a power source voltage, for driving the first air delivery fan (12) and the second air delivery fan (13) and controls operation of the first air delivery fan (12) and the second air delivery fan (13) according to the voltage signals.
