The invention is a system and method for studying with cell phones and pocket PCs characterized in that it comprises a software generating new questions which have a mathematical calculation in it or which is generated according to a figure, a table or a graphic by means of programming, assigning different values to variables or by re-arranging the form of the question or by changing the content of the choices or by writing some of the words in the question differently, in that this software can generate the similar of social sciences questions, in that the generated questions can be send to the cell phones or pocket PCs like a game program, in that it provides the student to solve questions in his cell phone or pocket PC optionally audible or against time and in that it gives feedback to the student about his answers.
