A natural composition based on chilean monofloral honey extract from native vegetable species for bacterial infection control in vegetables. The composition is intended for controlling bacterial infections in potatoes, lettuce, vegetables, cores and flowers in general, and it is elaborated based on extracts from monofloral honey flavonoids and/or phenols that act independently as a controller for various bacterial infections.
