The invention concerns a composite textile product comprising at least one ply consisting of a thermofusible nonwoven (1) and at least one functional element (4), the latter being located entirely or partly between said nonwoven ply (1) and one or more strips (3), likewise consisting of a thermofusible material, the ply (1) and the strip(s) being assembled together by melting at least partly their contacting surfaces.
