A pen with a telescopic LED lamp comprises a pen holder (1), an illuminant (3) and a battery (6). A circuit device is set in the pen holder, and a switch (5) is installed on the periphery of the pen holder, wherein the switch penetrates the pen holder and is connected with the circuit device in the pen holder for turning on and off the illuminant. A recipient cavity is located in the pen holder along the length thereof, and a flexible tube (2) is set in the said recipient cavity. The said illuminant (3) is disposed on a protruding end of said flexible tube (2).
