PURPOSE: A method and a system for offering foreign language learning service using video clips are provided to study foreign language by watching video clips repeatedly by offering phased learning contents files to a user.;CONSTITUTION: A video contents server(512) provides the video contents. A language training service server(511) stores the language study contents. The language training service server provides the moving picture clip information file and language study content to user terminals(30.1,30.2,30.N) which requests the video contents. The user request receiving module of the service server receives requests of users for studying language. The response transmission module of the service server transmits the response message following the request of users to user terminals.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
