PURPOSE: A method for producing Rubus coreanus wine using Saccharomyces cerevisiae PCS-99 is provided to enhance juice yield of Rubus coreanus maintaining specific color of Rubus coreanus. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing fermented liquor of Rubus coreanus comprises: a step of pulverizing Rubus coreanus; a step of treating with enzyme to the pulverized Rubus coreanus; a step of squeezing Rubus coreanus then filtering; a step of sterilizing the filtered Rubus coreanus juice; a step of fermenting; and a step of maturing the Rubus coreanus juice.
